    Protection Against Stroke  

    If you have more plant-based foods, then the chance of you getting a stroke reduces by about ten percent. A good and healthy diet consists of many leafy green vegetables, beans, and whole grains. 

    Protection Against Type Two Diabetes 

    When people eat more plant-based diets, then they do not have type 2 diabetes. These people who eat more plant-based proteins are also less likely to be overweight. 

    Animal-Based Protein  

    These have a lot more proteins and amino acids. You can consume any animal-based protein, and you will have a good supply of amino acids. You do not need to have many different sources of animal proteins because all the sources have all the proteins that you need. There is also vitamin D, B12, and zinc. Meats like fish and poultry are better than having red meats like beef. Some studies say that poultry and fish can help reduce the chance of getting heart disease. 

    Whey is a good form of the isolated protein, and it can be absorbed very well by the body. Even though most meats are well-processed, meats are worst, and they have lots of salts, preservatives, and flavors that are not good for you. Even though unprocessed meats are more healthy, they still link to heart problems. 

    Animal Abuse 

    On average, it takes about 3600000 gallons of water to produce a ton of beef compared to soy. Soy only needs about one-eight of that amount to grow, and if you grow corn, then corn only needs one-sixteenth of that amount. Even the land that we use to feed livestock is a lot. You might need up to 20 times more land to feed the animals and rear them than just plants. Not to mention many of the animals grow up in small and confined spaces. 

    Conclusion 

    Both plant and animal proteins have their benefits, and you should decide to understand how both of these proteins can affect your body. It is easier to get proteins from plant sources because they are full of lots of protein. Plant protein can be easier to digest and lighter for your stomach, but still, it is your choice, and you can decide what you prefer. In general, plant proteins would be the better option, but it can be a good choice even if you choose to have only animal protein. If you do not want to have only plant protein, you can also have some animal protein but substitute some plant protein.
